Because of this, a reading should not take the place of advice or care from a licensed professional in areas such as law, finance, medicine, or mental health. If your questions involve these matters, it’s always best to seek the support of a qualified expert alongside your reading.

The purpose of a tarot session is to provide spiritual guidance and help you connect more deeply with your own intuition. In some locations, tarot professionals are required to state that readings are offered for entertainment purposes only; if this applies to your area, please consider this your notice. Mission Statement

My mission as a tarot professional is to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space where clients can explore their questions, connect with their intuition, and receive guidance with honesty, compassion, and respect. I view tarot as a tool for self-discovery and spiritual reflection, and I am committed to using it in a way that uplifts, inspires, and empowers those I serve.

Scope of the Profession

The practice of tarot is a spiritual and intuitive service designed to encourage reflection, self-awareness, and personal growth. A tarot professional provides symbolic interpretation and guidance to help clients gain perspective on their circumstances and choices. Tarot does not claim to predict the future with certainty or provide guaranteed outcomes. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or mental health services, nor does it replace the care of licensed professionals in those fields. Instead, tarot is intended as a complementary practice that supports clients in making their own empowered decisions and deepening their understanding of themselves.

Ethical Conduct

I pledge to treat every client with dignity and without judgment, honoring all backgrounds, beliefs, and life choices. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance, and I will safeguard any personal information shared during a session, disclosing details only if required by law. My role is to empower clients rather than direct them, offering insights and perspectives while encouraging each person to trust their own wisdom and make their own choices. I will conduct all readings with integrity, honesty, and transparency. I do not claim to predict the future with certainty, nor do I promise guaranteed outcomes. When a client’s needs extend beyond the scope of a tarot reading, I will encourage them to seek appropriate professional support. I respect the free will of every client and will never use tarot to pressure, manipulate, or influence decisions for personal gain. I will maintain professionalism in all interactions, continuously seek to grow in my practice, and uphold the highest ethical standards. Where legally required, I affirm that tarot readings are to be regarded as for entertainment purposes only, while still holding the intention of providing meaningful and supportive guidance.

Third-Party Consent

Tarot readings will only be conducted for individuals who are present or have explicitly given informed consent. I will not perform readings on behalf of, about, or for a third party without the explicit permission of the person involved. This ensures respect for privacy, autonomy, and the free will of all individuals, and protects both the client and the subject of any inquiry.

No Duty to Retain Records

I am under no obligation to maintain or retain records of any tarot sessions, unless otherwise required by law or agreed upon in writing with the client. Any notes or materials created during a session are considered the private property of the tarot professional and are not required to be stored, shared, or retained beyond the session.

Acts of Service

I commit to serving clients with sincerity, compassion, and a spirit of support. This includes offering guidance that is honest, respectful, and intended to empower the client, as well as providing a safe and nurturing environment during every session. As part of this commitment, 15% of my practice will be dedicated to giving back to the community, including providing reading services to support fundraisers for non-profit organizations or charitable causes, offering free readings to persons of limited financial means, teaching tarot to others at no charge, and creating educational materials on tarot. I also commit to continual learning and improvement of my skills to better serve clients and promote healing, self-reflection, and personal growth.

Refund Policy

All sales for readings and other services are final. Once a reading or service has been completed, it is considered delivered, and no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled reading, your session can be rescheduled to a future date that works for both you and Divinely Guided Tarot. Refunds are not provided for any reason. Divinely Guided Tarot reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at our discretion. For in-person or live sessions, rescheduling requests should be made via email at nanobelvedere@gmail.com, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative time. Please note that it is not currently possible to reschedule appointments through the website. Email readings cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed.
